When Receiving Your Product

Before signing the cargo report, check whether there is any damage or problem in the box of your product. If there is damage or deficiency for any reason, if there is an opening in the tape of the parcel, return your box to the cargo officer without signing any documents related to the delivery, with a request to keep a record. If you fulfil this obligation, your new products will be sent to you immediately. In case of receipt of products whose box is damaged or whose contents are allegedly missing, we are not responsible for the damage or lack of products inside. Please report this situation as soon as possible in writing to our ** address or verbally to our telephone number ** , together with the contract number.
